The Hallmark Symposium Series: Matt Shlian

Matt Shlian is a "paper artist" who creates amazing and unique forms almost exclusively out of paper! They astound and amaze, and tonight, he gave a brief history of his career and interaction with the design world. Not only was it extremely intriguing to listen to, but it was interactive. He brought some of his work for us to "play" with, and I was throughly impressed. Someone who can take a simple piece of paper and turn it into an impossible shape with merely cuts and folds has my respect.
